• MJ Gardening provides gardening, landscaping, and maintenance services across the Costa Blanca.
   
• Services are agreed in advance based on customer requirements and property needs.
   
• Customers must provide safe access to the property and garden area.
   
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled work. Late cancellations may result in a call-out charge.
   

• All quotes are free and provided within 12 hours of enquiry where possible.
   
• Prices are agreed before work begins. Any changes in scope may affect the final cost.
   
• All prices are shown in euros (€).
   

• Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, or other secure payment methods as agreed.
   
• Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Invoices must be settled within 14 days. Late payments may result in additional charges.
   

• MJ Gardening is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions of gardens, equipment, or poor maintenance outside of our control.
   
• While we take care when working, we are not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstructions (pipes, cables, or underground systems) unless disclosed by the customer.
   
• Customers are responsible for ensuring pets, children, and valuables are kept safe and away from work areas.
   

• All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of MJ Gardening and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
   
• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
   

• Personal information collected via the website (name, phone, email, address) is used only for providing quotes, services, and customer support.
   
• Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
   
• Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Alicante, Spain.
